Your First Visit
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to complete any required forms. You may also complete our New Patient Form* online prior to your first appointment.
Initial Examination
To begin, your dentist will review your medical and dental history and complete a dental exam. Your exam will consist of an examination of your gums, bite, jaw and teeth, any x-rays that may be needed and an oral cancer screening.
Treatment Plan
Based on your history and examination, your dentist will create a dental treatment plan for you. There will also be time to ask any questions you may have about your dental health and treatment options.
Insurance & Financing
At Delta Dental Offices, we'll help you navigate our options for payment and direct billing to insurance companies.
- Direct Billing to Insurance
We offer direct billing for most insurance plans. We are able to submit your insurance claim electronically, resulting in faster reimbursement, without the requirement for signatures or paper forms.
Our administrative team can help you understand your insurance plan better and can also send estimates to your insurance provider before starting any major treatments.
